Instructions

  • The submission deadline was 11:59 pm PST on January 6, 2010. Due to publication deadlines, no further demonstration applications will be considered.
  • Request a hands-on demonstration for the 2010 Haptics Symposium by filling out the form below.
  • The starred fields are mandatory, while the others are optional.
  • You can update your submission by filling out this form again and noting the title of your previous submission in the last question.
  • Demo acceptance notifications will be made by January 25, 2010.
  • If accepted for presentation, your demo's abstract and image will be included in the conference digest, which will be handed out to all attendees.
  • If your demonstration corresponds to a paper or extended abstract being presented as a poster, your demo and poster will be collocated at the conference.
  • Commercial exhibits are handled separately. Please contact hapticSymp@cs.ubc.ca for information about commercial exhibits.
